MODEL SUBMISSION POLICY

TOORES features artistic and editorial imagery of adult models.
This page explains the requirements and conditions for real models who wish to appear on TOORES.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To participate as a real model on TOORES, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older (21+ preferred)
  • Be able to provide valid government-issued ID
  • Sign a Model Release Agreement
  • Submit photos you personally own or have rights to
  • Not be under contract with an agency that forbids submissions

We do not accept:

  • Minors
  • Photos of anyone under 18
  • Submissions sent by third parties without consent
  • Stolen or copyrighted images
  • AI images submitted as “real” individuals

2. Submission Process

To apply as a model, you may be asked to:

  1. Complete a model application form
  2. Provide proof of age (ID photo)
  3. Upload sample images
  4. Sign a Model Release confirming:
    • Your consent
    • You grant TOORES publishing rights
    • You understand your images may be used editorially

All submissions are reviewed manually.

3. Ownership of Submitted Content

By submitting photos or participating in a photoshoot, you confirm that:

  • You are the rightful owner of the images OR
  • You have full legal permission to submit the images

You agree that TOORES may:

  • Publish
  • Edit
  • Crop
  • Archive
  • Feature
    your images for editorial, promotional, or advertising purposes.

If you do not wish to grant these rights, do not submit content.

4. AI-Generated Content Clarification

TOORES also features AI-generated artistic models.
These do not depict real people.

Submitting an image of yourself does not imply that AI content represents you.

5. Withdrawal of Consent

Real models may request partial or complete content removal by contacting:

We may require:

  • Identity verification
  • Reference URLs
  • Reason for removal

We will act in good faith but reserve the right to maintain certain editorial materials (e.g., print-like features) depending on agreements.

6. Unsolicited Submissions

If you send photos without following our submission process:

  • They will be deleted
  • They are not legally recognized
  • No publishing rights are granted
  • No model relationship is established

This protects both parties.

7. Safety & Ethics

TOORES maintains the highest ethical standards:

  • No coercion
  • No exploitation
  • No minors
  • No harassment
  • Professional-only communication

Any suspicious activity is reported or blocked immediately.
