TOORES (“the Website”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users, contributors, photographers, and partners to do the same.
This page explains how to file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice if you believe your copyrighted material has been used on TOORES without permission.
We take all valid copyright complaints seriously and will act promptly.
1. Overview
TOORES publishes a mix of original editorial content, AI-generated imagery, licensed photographs, and images submitted by real adult models.
We do not knowingly publish copyrighted material without proper rights or consent.
If you believe your content has been posted on this Website without authorization, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown request.
All valid requests will be reviewed and acted upon in compliance with U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. §512), which is used internationally by most online platforms.
2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request
Please send your complaint to:
Email: dmca@toores.com
Your DMCA request must include all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- A clear description of the copyrighted material you claim has been infringed.
- A direct URL to the specific page(s) on TOORES containing the material in question.
- A statement confirming that you are the copyright owner or legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate.
- Your electronic signature (typing your name is enough for email submissions).
➤ Without all required elements, your request may be delayed or rejected.
3. After We Receive Your Request
When TOORES receives a complete and valid DMCA notice:
✔ We will review your claim in good faith.
✔ We may temporarily remove or restrict the allegedly infringing content.
✔ We may contact the uploader or contributor for additional information.
✔ We may request proof of ownership if necessary.
If the content involves a real model, we may also verify whether the model supplied a release or owns rights to the material.
4. Counter-Notification
If the person who posted the content believes your claim is incorrect or that they have lawful rights to use the material (e.g., license, fair use, or ownership), they may submit a counter-notification.
A valid counter-notification must include:
- The uploader’s full legal name and contact information.
- Identification of the material that was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was based on a mistake or misidentification.
- Agreement to the jurisdiction of courts in the uploader’s country.
- The uploader’s electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, TOORES may restore the material unless you (the original complainant) initiate legal action within 14 days.
5. Important Notes
- TOORES may ignore abusive or fraudulent DMCA requests.
- False claims may expose you to legal liability.
- AI-generated images on TOORES do not depict real individuals unless explicitly stated.
- For real models photographed for TOORES, all content is used with signed releases and verified age documentation.
- DMCA is for copyright only, not complaints about nudity, adult content, models, or personality rights.
For other concerns, please contact: contact@toores.com
6. Repeat Infringers
TOORES reserves the right to terminate access for users or contributors who repeatedly violate copyright laws.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA page from time to time.
Continued use of the Website indicates acceptance of these terms.
